1. THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU​

In joining DepsApp™️ you are of the understanding that solely your phone number will be shared with other members of the group that you join. We do not store or share any further information other than your phone number to our accounts. No further information will be shared unless you offer this of your own accord. Identity data we collect: includes first name, last name, email address and phone number. Identity data we share for the jobs: Either a phone number or email address given to us, or a publicly available job link that has been posted online with a job opportunity. 

Whilst all of our success screen shots and stories are 100% true we cannot guarantee that you will gain a job with joining us. DepsApp will offer job opportunities contact details and members must apply of their own accord. We do not book gigs or create shows and so we cannot confirm how often a booking will appear in a general location. We cannot guarantee shows will be shared in any specific location or that any shows will be shared to the groups. 

 

Our jobs entirely depend on gigs shared in the public domain, our members sharing gig opportunities and members of the public contacting us for a musician. Once a gig appears online or from our members, we will share the gig details and either a publicly available link or contact details provided to us. DepsApp has shared over 10,000 jobs between July 2022 and March 2025.

 

There is not a limit to prices paid for shows low or high. We do not take a commission from any jobs secured. Any screen shots sharing gig success will have names and contact details removed. We do not share your personal information with any other services. Upon joining you are allowing us to place you within a WhatsApp group.

2. OUR FREE FIND A DEP PROCESS​

We will not take a commission from any booking. We welcome you to send any paid musicians job to us, and we will send it out to the phones of many musicians who play that instrument for help. Our musicians will then apply with their showreels and promo. We don't charge to share your roles, and we don't take commission from them for gaining the work.​

 

All bookings and dealings made between yourself and the band or agent will be arranged between yourselves. We do not get involved in disputes over any booking cancellations or payment not received. Musicians are required to seek their own legal assistance should this occur. Our role at DepsApp is to share job opportunities as quick as we can to our members and it is to our members own discretion to apply, arrange fees and bookings between themselves and the agent offering to job.

3. How to cancel and remove your Patreon membership with DepsApp​

You are welcome to cancel at any point, no reason required. We do not offer refunds.  If you wish to leave our community you must login and remove yourself from our patreon. If you leave our patreon membership, we will remove you from the community. 

 

To cancel, simply log into your patreon account and cancel your membership with us. A member of the team will then remove you from our whatsapp community at the end of your paid monthly term.

We do not tolerate rudeness and hold to the right to remove any members arguing or misbehaviour within the groups to remove a musician. We do not tolerate online slander or public denouncement of our team. Any member found doing so and not acting professional with be removed. We want our groups to be a drama free and fun environment. If you leave our patreon membership, we will remove you from the community. You are welcome to join back.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

In signing up you are agreeing to images and success stories that you post to our chats may used to promotional purposes. Whilst all names will be blurred, you do have the right to ask us to remove these at any time. We will not share or store any of your personal information and you have the right at any time to ask for us to withdraw your email address and phone number from our accounts. In signing up you agree to add your phone number to two WhatsApp group chats to be shared with upto 512 people per group maximum.

5. BUYING OR SELLING GOODS

If selling or buying any items from the groups, this is completely between yourself and the buyer / seller. We do not get involved in disputes. If there is clear disloyalty such as a seller takes payment does not offer the item or a tracking number for the paid for item within 30 days we hold the right to remove seller from our groups without refund.

6. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS​

Under certain circumstances you have the following rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data. You have the right to: Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us. Please direct all business questions, requests queries and complaints here.

7. REQUEST ERASURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.

8. PATREON / WHATSAPP / FACEBOOK / META

We are not affiliated with Patreon, whatsapp, facebook or meta, rather we use their services and membership program for our members to gain access to our services. All Patreon logos are owned by Patreon. We have no affiliation with patreon, whatsapp, facebook or meta. All logos are owned by Meta. To signup to join out community, you will need to provide Patreon with your name, email and banking details. We do not receive your banking details.
